4.16 Electrical control system
The equipment adopts industrial computer and programmable logic control (that is IPC+PLC mode) to realize the line’s synchronal running and the independent operation. Industrial embedded 17’ monitor is adopted. Extruder and caterpillar are controlled by individual control cabinet. Temperatures, line speed, rotation speed of screw pole, current of extruder, length are displayed on the control cabinet of extruder. One group of special control cabinets (four cabinets) are adopted for the synchronization of whole line. There are three emergency buttons for the line. (Extruder, main control cabinet, tape corrugator.)
Temperature control system: temperature fluctuation <±3℃。
Low-voltage units are domestic products with excellent quality.
